How it works?
1. Contact Us:
Reach out to our Personal Shopping Service team at wishlist@selectifofficial.com with your wishlist. Our team will source your item within four weeks of receiving your deposit. Once it arrives, you’ll complete the payment, and we’ll ship it within 48 hours.
2. Authenticity Check:
Each piece undergoes rigorous authentication before being offered to you, to ensure that the item is 100% authentic.
3. Secure Purchase and Delivery:
The sourcing process takes around four weeks. After receiving your final payment, your item will be shipped within 48 hours.
Returns And Refunds:
- Custom Orders: Once you approved a sourced item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- If We Can’t Find It: If we can’t find your requested item within two months, we’ll refund your deposit.
- Pre-loved Items: If it is pre-loved item, we’ll provide photos and videos. If the item doesn’t meet your specifications and you choose not to proceed, you’ll receive a credit note for your deposit.
