Email us at info@selectifofficial.com with the item you are looking for, including the brand, model, size, color, condition, budget, and any specific preferences. The more details you share, the more accurately we can source your piece.
2. Sourcing & Proposal
Our team will begin the sourcing process and carefully search for the right item through our trusted network. Once we find a suitable option, we’ll share the full details, photos, condition, price, and estimated delivery timeline.
3. Authenticity Check:
Before being offered to you, each piece is carefully reviewed and authenticated to ensure it meets our standards. We only source items that align with our criteria for authenticity, condition, and overall quality.
3. Secure Purchase and Delivery:
The sourcing process usually takes around four weeks. Once your item has arrived and the final payment is completed, your order will be prepared with care and shipped within 48 hours, with tracking details provided once dispatched.
Returns And Refunds:
- Custom Orders: Once you approved a sourced item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- If We Can’t Find It: If we can’t find your requested item within two months, we’ll refund your deposit.
- Pre-loved Items: If it is pre-loved item, we’ll provide photos and videos. If the item doesn’t meet your specifications and you choose not to proceed, you’ll receive a credit note for your deposit.
