How do I know the product is authentic?
Authenticity is at the core of Selectif. All of our products are inspected for authenticity by a team of experts. If the product is not authentic, it is immediately sent back to the seller and the seller pays a penalty. We do not list or ship counterfeit items under any circumstance.
What kind of proof of authenticity do you provide?
Every item is rigorously inspected by our in-house specialists, following a strict multi-step authentication process that includes materials, stitching, stamps, hardware, serial numbers and overall craftsmanship. All products come with a reference code, blind stamp, receipt, or authenticity card.
Do you offer additional authentication?
Yes. We offer third-party authentication for customers who want an extra layer of reassurance, at an additional charge. You can DM us or email info@selectifofficial.com to receive more information.
What condition are your bags in?
Each bag is graded and described in detail, including photos of corners, hardware and interior. You will always find a clear condition description (for example: “pristine”, “excellent”, “very good”, “good”), along with any small flaws noted in the product page.
Do the bags come with original packaging and accessories?
Normally, we include the original box, dust bag, invoice and accessories (such as strap, lock and keys, dustbags authenticity card, etc.). The product description lists exactly what is included with each item.
